Salmon Falls Family Healthcare offers comprehensive, patient-focused care for the entire family.

Over the years, we’ve treated several generations of families: infants and children, their parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. Next year we’ll celebrate 25 years of serving the health needs of our community, at the same Somersworth location where we first opened our doors in the fall of 1987.

As one of the few remaining family practices not owned by a hospital, Salmon Falls has the flexibility to do things differently. Here you’ll find providers who’ll get to know you on a first-name basis and who’ll take the time to answer your questions. We really know our patients: you’re not just a faceless chart or a serial number. Our job is to learn about you as a person, and to listen and respond with thoughtful, compassionate care. That’s the way we’ve been doing business for nearly a quarter-century.

Although many still think of heart disease as a man's disease, women account for 47% of related deaths. The CDC also notes that women are more likely to delay seeking emergency treatment because they tend to experience the less common symptoms.
